Riveting Skeleton - Note Dimples as opposed to call out for countersinking

Completed Right Skeleton

Sealed stiffeners with Silicone and riveted assembly.

Completed Right Elevator. Finally - the first near flawless subcomponent of the plane. (Not that the others were bad, I'm just a perfectionist.)

Drilling out Left Elevator Skin

Riveted Right Elevator Skelton

Elevator Tab Bends

Looks pretty good!!!

Nice and square and should allow for the 3/32" gap between the elevator and the tab

That's about as good as I could get it - not bad at all.

GE Silicon 2 for Aluminum - seals the ends of the stiffeners to prevent cracks

Riveted Right Elevator skin

Blind Riveted the R Elevator bends

Remaining log entries for the elevators are in the "trim tab" section
